The staff were very friendly during my stay.
My experience was overshadowed by several issues. First, the bathroom in my room was uncomfortably small. I also encountered a cockroach, which was unsettling, and the room wasn't as depicted in the photos. The breakfast options were disappointing, leaving me quite hungry each morning.

i was initially impressed with the air conditioning. but then i found my room outdated, like it belonged in a museum, and breakfast was practically non-existent, not to mention the awful instant coffee! i thought a welcome gift woudl ve been appropriate, but alas, i just couldn’t bring myself to leave a good review. divine disappointment!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy bed and the lovely room with a pool view that made for a perfect relaxation spot. The outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments were fantastic for winding down after long days. Just a heads up, the breakfast could be a bit better, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

The King Room with Pool View was pretty spacious, and I loved the comfy bed—it was perfect for relaxation. The room was clean and had a good amount of natural light, making it feel airy. the bathroom felt a bit cramped, which was annoying. it hit most of the right notes for comfort, just a few tweaks needed!
